To get reminders on the maintenance services to come, you need to setup the right maintenance profile to your equipment... and the Profile assignment is the right place to do it.

To assign a maintenance profile:

1 Select one or several piece(s) of equipment in the "Units selection" column. To add click the "+" icon.

2 You will find the recap of the equipment selected in the middle column.

3 Select the maintenance profile that you want to assign to the units selected and click "Assign".
