How to get there
Follow the path hereunder to get to the Power Management profiles configuration
Menu/Settings 1/Modem 2/Power management 3
Caution! Depending on your role on SiteWatch you might not see this section.
What is it about
In this section you can create new Power management profiles or edit them.
Once your profile is ready, you can also associate it to one or several machine(s) directly from this section of SiteWatch.
But we strongly recommend you to use default Power management profiles! Our default profiles can be updated directly by us so that we can guarantee precision and correctness.
Instead, your customized profiles cannot be updated and we cannot guarantee their accuracy!
The Power management profiles control when your modem is ON and when it is OFF.
One of the thing you can customize here is the motion detection. You can for example setup a Motion detection when your machine is keyed off. Thanks to the acceloremeter sensor on board, if your machine is shaken while it's keyed off, the modem will be waken up.
Welcome to the landing page of Power management profiles setup.
